END USER LICENSING AGREEMENT

By purchasing products from FLTips (Legal Business Name: INVRTD Sp. z o.o.) you expressly agree and accept this license agreement.

FLTips’ (Legal Business Name: INVRTD Sp. z o.o.) products and all of its contents (including but not limited to: Samples, Videos, Presets, Loops, MIDI files, Project Files, E-books, Freebies) are licensed (via paid download or online access), not sold, to the purchaser “as is”. FLTips (Legal Business Name: INVRTD Sp. z o.o.) retains all title to and ownership of these products & contents. Buying our online course, sound pack , template or any other kind of product, you get a lifetime, non-transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide license for synchronization rights, including the royalty-free use of all sounds in compositions such as songs, albums, remixes, commercials, soundtracks, etc.

You are legally prohibited to distribute, share, lend, rent or sell your copy in whole or in part or upload on any web-based storages. Content of all of our products (sounds, presets, courses, templates, e-books, freebies, etc.) may not be used to make content for a sample library, course or another kind of product (e.g. Preset Packs, Templates, Toolkits, Video Courses, E-books, Freebies etc.). Failing to adhere to these terms will result in a legal action against any person(s), company or individual(s).

You can not take our template and release it claiming ownership of the song. That will result in an instant strike of your YouTube channel, SoundCloud, Spotify, etc. At least 50% of the track must be changed for it to be identified as an original work.

However, all sounds are royalty free. That means you’re perfectly fine using the sounds, presets, grooves, instrument groups, and INDIVIDUAL elements of the templates for your own tracks, whether they are professional work such as film or ads, or music releases e.g. via labels.

This license forbids any re-distribution method of products, or its content (sounds, video, files), through any means, including but not limited to, re-selling, trading, sharing, re-sampling, mixing, processing, isolating, or embedding into software or hardware of any kind, for the purpose of re-recording or reproduction as part of any free or commercial product or library and/or collection of musical and/or sound effect samples, or any form of musical sample or sound effect sample playback system or device, or any form of video, or video product.

FLTips (Legal Business Name: INVRTD Sp. z o.o.) files and video courses are licensed ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind.
